喜多方ラーメンへ/Kitakata Ramen

4/20（月曜日）に喜多方ラーメンへ行き、つけ麺と唐揚げ5pcを注文。唐揚げは悪くなかったが、つけ麺は麺が茹ですぎで柔らかく、スープもぬるめで残念だった。あまり厳しく評価したくはないが、全体的には50点くらいの印象。

On Monday, 4/20, I went to Kitakata Ramen and ordered the Tsukemen and a 5-piece kara-Age. The kara-Age wasn’t bad, but the Tsukemen was disappointing — the noodles were overcooked and too soft, and the soup was lukewarm. I don’t like to be too critical, but overall I’d give it around 50 out of 100
